We enjoyed our ward Christmas party this evening. At each table they had the beginning of a graham cracker house made for each table. During the evening we were given different things to decorate our houses. When we were done we placed them all together on the stage so that they could be looked at by all. Those who wanted to put their names in a hat and they pulled out enough names for each house. Kelley and Justin both got a house. Kelley picked the house that we did and Justin picked the one he liked. It was a very fun activity. They all looked really different and very good. We have lots of talented people in our ward. Some didn't even know they had it in them. It was a fun beginning to the Christmas season.

Very cleaver! Who are the activities people now? Plus you answered my question... when the Ward Dinner was going to be... it's already happened. We're headed to Disneyland, yes you heard correctly, Disneyland for Christmas (well, pre-Christmas) and I was thinking it would have been fun to crash the ward party! Oh well!
Nice looking gingerbread (or graham cracker) houses. I guess Justin liked all the candy on the one he chose. Sounds like a fun party. Thanks for the new post!!

That was a cute idea! I can't imagine the kids in our Ward doing that...we would have M&M's through the entire church!! Maybe we could do it at Relief Society! Or Young Womens!! Now there's an idea...thanks!
